Do you offer refunds?

No, we don't offer refunds. You can make an exchange if you're having issues with your item. We also do allow store credit.

I forgot to use my discount code while checking out. Can I apply it after my purchase?

Orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Depending on where you're located in the USA you can expect to receive your package 2-4 business days. All packages are sent Priority Mail.a

How much do I pay for shipping?

There is a standard $7.00 shipping fee for each order no matter the number of items/weight.

How can I find out about product restocks?

To stay up to date please subscribe to our website for updates on our products and you will receive notification by email.

How do I apply my mink lashes?

Lay lash across natural lash, trim if needed
Apply adhesive along mink lash band
Once tacky, apply mink lash along natural lash; allow adhesive to dry
Blink twice, and #BoujeeBaddie Activated!

Tip: Use your lovely case to conveniently store your Boujee Minks. Our mink lashes can last up to 10-30 wears with the proper care and cleaning.

I tracked my package and it says it's been processed, but I don't see the estimated arrival date what should I do?

Orders are prepared before they are actually shipped, so although you may have a tracking number, the order is still being processed.

I paid for a TasteofBoujee E-Gift Card, I haven’t received my confirmation email what should I do?

If the Gift Card isn’t received by email within 24-48 hours, be sure to check your spam. If all else fails please contact us and we will get your email address corrrcted.
